Our client is focusing on expanding Self- Service functionality within Oracle
HRMS Module. The client went live with Oracle HRMS in 2003; currently on HRMS
Family pack K. The employee base is 1700+ FTEs. The goal of the project is to
implement the following items within the Oracle self service environment:
Self-Service HR - Manager Self-Service
Salary Changes
Termination/Hire
Worker Status Change
Change Position/Job
My Employee Information
Manager Actions
Special Inputs
Oracle Approvals Management (AME)
Applicant Management
Position Management
Grade/Step Progression
Compensation Workbench
Lump sum award, merit and COLA increases for non-law enforcement and
corrections employees
COLA increase for law enforcement and corrections employees and anniversary
salary increases
