Job Description
Expert knowledge of SAP R/3 functionality in Materials Management (MM) with a
special emphasis on Procurement/Purchasing.
Basic Qualifications
Expert knowledge of SAP R/3 functionality in Materials Management (MM) with a
special emphasis on Procurement/Purchasing.
Experience in working effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience in assessing and solving complex issues.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to cope with constantly changing priorities and pressures.
Good relationship management, issue management, facilitation, and negotiation
skills.
Good knowledge of SAP R/3 functionality regarding integration between SD / PM
and FI/CO.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of GSK/Pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing, with the required
processes of working in a validated environment.
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and practices.
Understanding of the business issues and pressures in pharmaceutical
manufacturing, commercial and International markets.
Experience of continuous improvement culture is advantageous.
Details
.Provide Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management support
to a Global customer base for Business Process and SAP functional activities,
specifically in the procurement area.
.Work with key stakeholders to agree priorities and timelines for delivery.
.Carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing
alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate.
.Evaluate, develop, test and arrange release of SAP developments according to
the GSK validation procedures.
.Deliver high quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements
and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with
