Best Rate: $35/hr

I currently have an immediate need for a Microsoft Server Administrator in MI
(Detroit suburb). The position is budgeted for 1 yr+ and my all inclusive pay
rate to you is $35/hr. The candidate MUST have solid experience with SCCM 2007
product (Microsoft's System Center Configuration Manager. The county is
incorporating this system so it is a MUST HAVE skill. They would also like the
candidate to have MCSE.
Job Description:
Microsoft Server Administrator. has to incorpore with Microsoft's System Center
Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007 product to manage approximately 4,000
workstations. Information Technology is in the process of obtaining, a SCCM
expert. A MCSE certification is preferable. The candidate has implemented the
product in multiple production environments with a minimum of 4,000 Oakland
County managed workstations in each environment. Experience with planning,
deployment and management of SCCM is a requirement. Candidates must understand
workstation life-cycle strategy, communicate well with staff to understand
Information Technology's processes and environment and then suggest an
implementation strategy while adhering to Microsoft's best practices and
recommendations.
Environment: Microsoft Server OS, Internet Information Services (IIS),
Sharepoint Services, Sharepoint Portal, NetMeeting, Live Messenger, Windows
Server Update Service, and Active Directory; McAfee VirusScan and ePolicy
Orchestrator; VMware ESX Server; Citrix Presentation Server; and Hewlett
Packard Data Protector.
