Requirement-- Need a VERY senior J2EE developer that can take a web-based app from demo to beta by end of December. The demo was built using JSP/STRUTS and uses a very complex rules engine based on the open-source DROOLS product. The Right candidate will have DROOLS experience. The person will need to be able to dig in to the code and figure out how it works and then apply the requested enhancements per the business.
