Project info: This project's objective is to provide staff a streamlined process when initiating HR Actions and completing a related form. The current process requires two parallel processes to be completed for each HR Action (1) Complete HR Action (2) Completing & send to HRSSC the related forms. (3) File the documents automatically in Documentum folder for the staff member after the action has been processed by HRSSC. Role: Prepare design documentation for the functions described in the scope.. · Prepare CMM required documentation, when applicable (Impact Analysis and Design, Test Cases ) · Follow procedures and standards recommended by the World Bank in system development. · Write code to implement solutions, in whatever selected means: PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, etc. · Prepare weekly status reports highlighting issues and constraints that would impact timely delivery of work program items. · Communicate proactively with other team members and team lead. · Produce estimation of work plans, test plans and implementation plans. · Interact with clients to gather and specify requirements.
