The ability to work independently, providing support and direction to team. Has ownership for project approach, timelines, deliverables and metrics. Ensures projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, and that objectives conform to LOB overall standards, operations objectives, user requirements and client's needs. Must have credit card, credit or retail banking experience. Responsibilities: a.. Conduct program kick off meetings to communicate individual roles, project expectations, and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively. b.. Identifies the appropriate communication mechanisms and frequency c.. Applies Chase methodology and process to execute the project d.. Lead meetings at the operational level, providing continuous feedback on project status and offering constructive options to ensure project tracks to original expectations e.. Provides status updated to the business sponsor f.. Works closely with block sponsor on the business drivers for successful delivery g.. Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, and measures of success h.. Develop project plan and execute against plan i..
