Location:Plano, TX
Duration:– 6+ month contract

Extensive experience with WCF and XAML
Heavy UI development
Experience with Microsoft Expression Blend features and components,
especially States, Behaviors, Data Binding, Templates, Styling, as they
relate to designing and constructing Silverlight Web applications
Creating a common style--establishing common look and feel for all screens
Should be able to mock data; bind the data to the controls.
5+ years of experience using C# as a language
2+ years of Silverlight development experience
Expert knowledge in using Microsoft Visual Studio, C# and MVVM frameworks
Expert Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and SQL database management tools.
Experience with ORM tools like NHibernate (or equivalent)
Experience with Microsoft Expression Blend features and components,
especially States, Behaviors, Animation, Data Binding, Templates, Styling,
as they relate to designing and constructing Silverlight Web applications
5+ OOA/OOD, design patterns and UML experience
3+ years with Web Service development experience
*Other Skills:*
Must be a self-starter and be able to keep up with the pace producing
quality work on time within budget.
Must be able to track and complete assigned work tasks with little
supervision.
High quality written and verbal communication skills are critical.
Ability and willingness to provide after-hours, weekend and holiday support
as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
*Preferred:*
Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge and past experiences working in an Agile environment, being part
of a Sprint Team and understanding the framework will be a plus.
