The Senior .NET Developer will provide technical expertise and thought leadership in the implementation of assigned technical solutions. *Roles and Responsibilities:Analyst* Perform root cause analysis when technical problems occur or when inefficiencies are identified within developed software. Analyze and understand the current state PRIMIS application to ensure that the context and implications of change are understood. Develop an understanding of all documented requirements, design and supporting information within specific area of responsibility. *Knowledge & Experience* 5+ years Microsoft Visual Studio and C# .NET programming experience. Experience with Microsoft Winforms development solutions. Hands-on experience with Oracle (preferable) or SQL Server RDBMS. Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 – Desirable. Solid grasp of object-oriented design principles (OOP). Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
