Candidates should demonstrate a great mix of technical and communication skills. 5+ years of experience preferred but we will consider candidates with less experience if their focus has been primarily on B2B eCommerce projects Responsibilities • Collecting and analyzing project business requirements by coordinating interviews and requirement workshops to collect business objectives, key success factors, key performance indicators, and evaluate business environment rules and constraints. • Preparing accurate and detailed requirements specification documents and business process documentation that translate business objectives, solution architecture, and product roadmap into executable product backlog and acceptance criteria • Conduct conference room pilot and user acceptance testing activities to validate functional and non-functional requirements • Facilitate the production of product documentation and the training of internal users Required Skills and Experience • 5+ years of business analysis experience • Bachelor's degree • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Agile project skills. • Background in packaged ecommerce software solutions including online store experience and/or web content management experience.
