You will work closely with web, e-commerce, B2B, UI, and technical teams to translate business requirements and user experience designs into effective test strategies, and then supervise the execution those strategies through the development and delivery cycle. Responsibilities: • Working with the project and program teams, define test strategies that ensure quality delivery of our web programs. • Support product management with the definition of requirements that translate into effective testing approaches to address functional and non-functional requirements. • Lead a team to develop and deliver test environments, test plans, and test execution. • Working with operational leads, engage business leaders with the appropriate test strategies, change management processes, and communication plans. Qualifications: • 5+ years as a lead software engineer or software quality manager • Demonstrated history of a passion for quality • Experience in managing software application testing as it applies to meeting business productivity and customer experience goals • Proven track record using test case management tools for unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing • Proven track record leading the development of test automation tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Computer Science (MS preferred) or equivalent experience -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT provider" group.
