The Java Developer will:
â--ª Analyze, design, build and test EDI changes for one or more of the
following functional interfaces: Provider, Member, Health Care
Encounter, and Encounter Response. â--ª Work closely with business
analysts to understand business and functional requirements and ensure
application development meets those requirements.
â--ª Work closely with application architects to ensure application
development meets technical requirements and adheres to architecture
standards.
â--ª Produce high-quality documentation that is accurate and consistent
with current project standards.
â--ª Identify, escalate, and manage project issues and risks in a timely
manner.
*Skills Required *:
Required:
â--ª Minimum 3-5 years of full life-cycle Java application development
experience (Java middle to backend development).
â--ª Experience developing service-oriented architecture using
Java-based web services.
â--ª Experience with the following technologies: Java EE5, EJB3, JPA,
BPEL, Axis or JAX-WS web services.
Preferred:
â--ª Experience using Sun Java CAPS; ORacle SOA Suite.
â--ª Experience with the following development tools: SoapUI, Java CAPS
6.x, Netbeans 6.X, Jdeveloper, XMLSpy.
â--ª Experience with automated build and test processes using Ant,
CruiseControl, and Junit.
â--ª Previous Medicaid or health insurance system implementation experience
