City Govt client seeks an advocate to partner with existing technical structure while serving to bridge the understanding gap between business and technology. These applications are time sensitive and could result in delayed or loss of revenue and may have a negative impact on Clients mission of providing quality customer service. The Business Analyst would assist CLIENTS management and end users to achieve full functionality of essential processes within the billing environment.
