*Automation Engineer*
*Duration: 8 months*
*Location: St Paul, Minnesota (MN)*
*Responsibilities include:*
** *Leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of
automated test scripts
* Approves the Automation Test Plans
* Serves as subject matter expert on complex automation scripting and
tool usage
* Performs needs analysis of applications and available testing tools
* Leads the audit, evaluation, and review of products and processes
* Functional Testing (including automation, test driven development and
automation frameworks)
*Primary Skills :*
** *Bachelors degree
* 7 years of experience as a Quality Assurance
* 5 years of experience test automation
* Experience designing, planning and executing system testing strategies
and tactics to ensure software quality at all stages of the system life
cycle
* Experience in coordinating / leading testing efforts between various
Agile and Waterfall team(s)
* Experience testing MQ messaging
* Preferred 2 years in a testing lead role
* Extensive knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and web
functionality testing
* Expert with Selenium, Eclipse, UFT, HP Loadrunner, and Quality Center
(ALM)
* Experience working with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
* Knowledge of SQL and XML
* Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile and DevOps
* Knowledge of VersionOne, VBA, JAVA, C#, and / or OTA API
* Knowledge of Jenkins, Task Top, RESTful and / or SOAP UI Pro
* Working Experience in Test Case Modeling, Test Automation, Test Data
Management and Service Virtualization
