Overview of Job Function:



The Oracle CRM Applications Analyst will manage Support issues,
enhancements implementation and will be a member of the ITR (Issue to
Resolution) team.

This position will support a variety of Oracle Applications Modules
including TeleService, Service Contracts and Install Base and other Web
applications.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage the Help Desk tickets queue, this includes but is not limited to:

o Respond to tickets

o Contact business user by phone or in person as required

o Route tickets to the appropriate function

o Resolve user issues

o Conduct user training

• Operate as an expert to review and analyze business processes or
requirements and provide an enhanced process or solution

• Works closely with developers on technical solutions and bugs solving

• Provide assistance and guidance to fellow team members as required while
leveraging past experiences to recommend leading practices

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Systems

• At least 3 years’ experience in Oracle CRM Service modules including
functional setup and best practice processes

• Knowledge in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition  (OBIEE)

• Oracle database development experience- PL/SQL

• Experience in Oracle Service CRM r12- an advantage

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent teamwork with excellent communication, interpersonal and
presentation skills

• Motivated, self-directed, well organized and committed



• Experience with Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) and
supporting documents

• Successful completion of a background screening process including, but
not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and Social
Security verification. Strong leadership skills demonstrated in guiding and
developing a global team. Proven ability to lead IT organizations through
change, critical growth, and continuous improvement while ensuring
stability in times of transition.
