*Job Title: *QA Testing Lead
*Location**:* Bloomfield, CT
*Duration*: 6+
Lead the QA Testing efforts associated with frequent product releases
Responsible for developing new test scripts to fully exercise bug
fixes and enhancements to the product
Responsible for executing test scripts and performing quality
assurance testing
Responsible for maintaining and updating in-house product
documentation as fixes and enhancements are made to the product
Skills Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience providing direct technical support to
users A minimum of 3 years of experience performing QA Testing of web-based
applications A minimum of 1 year of experience using an enterprise testing
tool (i.e. HP Quality Center, ALM) Experience writing product help
documentation Experience working with a ticketing system (preferably HPSM)
Experience supporting web-based applications Technical proficiency in
desktop computing Experience using automated testing tools Proficiency with
MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio) Experience with relational
databases, and familiar with reading/writing SQL Comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment and quickly able to change priorities Experience
navigating Linux systems and comfortable with Linux commands
