Level II Technical Support:
Provide Technical Support for an enterprise wide web-based Access Request
System.

        Manage the group's HPSM work queue
        Ensure that problem tickets are prioritized and dealt with in a
timely manner
        Interact with customers directly via phone and/or chat to resolve
tickets
        Maintain ticket metrics to provide trending of ticket volumes and
content
        Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism while dealing with
difficult customers
        Diagnose customer technical problems and provides creative
solutions and alternatives that meet business needs
        Provide training over the phone as needed
        Identify opportunities for process improvement and problem
elimination.
