===== AFAIK, Esia ama Mobile8 dapet jatah di 800 MHz... Flexi ama Starone sebagai operator lama dapet 1900 MHz. Sekarang 1900 mau buat 3G (emang resminya buat 3G)... jadinya Flexi ama Starone harus digusur ke 800 MHz... jadilah ada proses "mergerisasi" operator 1900 ke 800...
