2. Perkirakan kapasitas harddisk yang akan dipakai
3. Tentukan OS yang akand dipakai
if windows --> Exchange
if linux --> lot's options such as webmail, squirelmail, etc
4. tentukan policy dalam hal ini termasuk juga firewall
5. mungkin ada rekan-rekan yang lain yang mau menambahkan
