Mungkin pemahaman saya sudah dari jaman dinosaurus kali yah :D Untuk ADSL, karena sifatnnya yg jelas jelas Asymmetric, bandwidth untuk upload (upstream) dan bandwith untuk download (downstream) berbeda. Jadi adalah wajar jika digaransi downloadnya 512Kbps, tapi upload cuman 64 Kbps, itu wajar wajar saja di dunia ADSL. Oleh karena itu dalam melakukan pengujian, anda kudu melihat stream test-nya ke arah mana. Kalau anda test yg upload/upstream, jelas keliru mengharapkan 512 Kbps bukan? Selain itu, CIR 512 Kbps downstream itu hanya jaminan antara router atau DSLAM dari provider ke modem anda, bukan jadiminan 512 Kbps ke "the Internet".
