Ada tahu cara bikin IVR di asterisk tanpa lewat AGI (asterisk gateway
interfaces)...terutama untuk menutombol misalnya tekan 1 untuk informasi produk
,tekan 2 untuk berbicara kepada agent kami
Klo ada yang tahu bisa sharing2 nih...
