kalau yang ini si bisa mas hanya play voice ...saya mau yang ada kasus IF misal tekan 1 masuk ke infoproduk, tekan 2 masuk operator dan apabila tidak menekan maka akan meberi respon yang ke 3 yaitu playback voice yg "berisi maap ada tidak menekan pilihan" langsung balik lagi deh ke awal greating
