In support of our operation in Indonesia as part of Emerio's strategy to 
strengthen its presence in Asia, we are looking for young and experienced 
Professional to fulfill following position:


IT Helpdesk (Core Banking Application)
Jakarta Raya



Responsibilities:

 *   Take notes on every call on the system (open ticket). Call includes : 
phones, mails, official letter, etc.
 *   Do quick win (help user directly by phone for any trouble)
 *   Do problem escalation to another tier support (2nd tier) if helpdesk can 
not overcome the problem.
 *   Do dispatch to related parties.
 *   Make confirmation to user if related to the problem status.
 *   Closing ticket if the problem has officially solved.

Requirements:

 *   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 
(Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer 
Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
 *   Has at least two years experience as IT helpdesk in Banking environment
 *   Sound knowledge in Core banking system (such as: ICBS, Silverlake, etc)
 *   Has knowledge in banking job flow.
 *   Experience in troubleshoot hardware and network
 *   Able to work in high pressure and willing to work overtime
 *   Has good communication skills
 *   Fluency in English, both oral and written
 *   Willing to be hired for 12 months contract (extendable) for Banking 
client, located in Central Jakarta.
