betul, pakai xampp, wampp, iis, pokoknya web server. TAPIII karena internet rumahan diblokir port 80-nya, maka harus diakali, coba akses ke http://purwoko-edi.blogspot.com, saya belum lengkap bikinnya, tapi konsepnya sudah tertuang di sana.
