Jangan lupa prinsipnya si PC harus punya dedicated public IP, kalau langgan internet di rumah, biasanya IP publicnya share. Jadi IP yang anda cek itu adalah IP yang juga digunakan oleh pelanggan internet yg lainnya (karena untuk akses internet memang harus punya IP public dan ISP menggunakan teknik Network Address Translation / NAT untuk menghemat IP kepada banyak pelanggannya.
