asumsinya ini mau develop di web ya, sebenarnya mau pake teknologi web apapun juga bisa entah itu asp.net, php, jsp, etc. kan intinya cuman browser nge-render HTML. dan kebanyakan smartphone sekarang sudah bisa render HTML standard dengan benar, bahkan kebanyakan uda support HTML5 dan CSS3 - terutama yg pake webkit.
