Apakah masalah ada pada PC atau monitor? Proses menukar monitor adalah bentuk analisa tahapan ini. 2. Masalahnya PC pada hardware atau software? Jika masih bisa masuk BIOS, tapi pada saat loading OS kemudian monitor blank, berarti masalah pada konfigurasi OS-nya. Tapi kalau dari awal sudah blank, berarti pada hardware. 3. Hardware yang mana? Urutan suspect pertama jelas di VGA card. Coba pasang VGA card tambahan, test ulang. 4. Masih belum bisa? Nah makin rumit lagi analisanya. Paling gampang sih kirim si perangkat ini ke tempat service, atau panggil teknisi ke kantor.
