Without any change the original source code,
I got the wanted result with "putAlias".
Does this cause any problem?
for(int i=0; i<availableFonts.length; i++){
DefaultFontMapper.BaseFontParameters pp =
mapper.getBaseFontParameters(availableFonts[i].getFontName());
System.out.println((pp == null)?"null":pp.fontName);
if (pp != null){
pp.encoding = BaseFont.IDENTITY_H;
pp.embedded = true;
}else{
mapper.putAlias(defaultFont,
availableFonts[i].getFontName());
}
}
