Working on a version which lacks improvements made in over 3 years (if we 
speak about 1.3.x) or even 5 years (talking about 1.2.x)  is not a sign of 
prudence, but alienation in such a dynamic field as IT. Unfortunately it's 
not people's choice, but their software vendors'. Such vendors are either 
very big or without a market share.

Actually the JPS implementation is tested as separate package (which is not 
100% JPS compliant because I have to modify 2 iText classes). It will be my 
responsibility to properly edit the Ant build file.
