Hi,

I am using itext to add annotations to an existing pdf. I extract a page
at a time from the original document and add them to a new document - using
code like "writer1.getImportedPage(reader, page)..." etc.

I believe that in the process we are losing any accessibility tags that were
in the original. (Alt Text on images, "reflow" tagging, etc.) Document ->
Accessibility Quick Check in Acrobat Viewer raises a warning on the pdf I
created with itext.

Is it possible that I am not calling the appropriate itext method to copy
this data to my output file?

Or perhaps itext doesn't support accessibility data yet and isn't reading
this information in the original? (I think this tagging is only in pdf
version 1.5 / Acrobat Writer 6). If so, are there any plans to start
supporting it?

Many thanks,

Katie
