You need to use PdfCopy.setOutlines() or PdfCopyFields.setOutlines(). See
SimpleBookmark for the outline format.

Subject: [iText-questions] Creating Bookmarks in existing PDFs

Hi all,

I'm an iText newbie, desparately seeking a bit of help with a project
I'm working on...

I'm having loads of trouble trying to create a NEW bookmark in a pre-
existing PDF file. I'm concatenating a number of single page
documents (which weren't created in iText), and need to add a
bookmark for every page.

Can anyone help?

Cheers...

- Tegs
