With acrobat 7 only I was able to get embedded attachments that were accessible via a paperclip (or similar) attachment but not with a straight hyperlink. Via pdfmaker in outlook it gave me html-style hyperlinks to embedded attachments. We are going back a few months now though so if you wait till Wednesday... In the attachments pane, well, there is a file list.
