Your question is all wrong: there is no such thing as the exact design
of an HTML page,
because HTML can't be used to define the layout of a page. I can prove
this by asking
you to open the same HTML page in MSIE, Netscape, Firefox, Mozilla,
Opera, Lynx, etc...
There will always be difference by the way the different browser render
the HTML.
