No, the problem is gone if I don't add the header (as I wrote).

Ok. I have a dynamic header, the size (height) of the header can vary.
How can I reserve enough space on a page for the header? And which page
event should I be using for this, onStartPage? If I use onEndPage (as I
am doing now) I would have to prepare the header for the next page
without actually adding content to the document. It is hard to know then
how much space it would need...
