One more question..
My app creates a physical file. How do get to create the file in memory and
display it in my browser..
When I close my browser, my file must no longer exist. It must be flushed.

I see that you are using ToString.
The toString() method gives you the text that is inside a Chunk
(without the style). That's the problem with your app.
Wrap the Chunk inside a Paragraph and add the paragraph
to a cell object.
