        In the first case, the font specified in the PDF is one named  
"Helvetica".  Since Acrobat was unable to find a font by that name on  
your computer, it chose to use one called ArialMT instead.

        In the second, the font was called "Arial" and it was not located on  
the computer BUT one called Helvetica was.  So it used that.

        Were these both the same PDF? Same computer?  What?
