If I understand well, you've isolated the problem in the sense that you can get the application working when removing a few lines (the ones involving larger images). But can you reproduce the problem by removing everything that is iText related? Meaning: if you'd want to serve the image to the client using the code you're now using to get the image for use in the PDF now. If you succeed in transferring the image, then we'll have to look further; if not, we have a better idea of what's going wrong. br, Bruno
