I asked a colleague who has Acrobat 8 at hand to take a look at the 
sample PDF. Acrobat did not report an error but recognized the text 
based on the OpenType font subset as hidden (masked out).

Yesterday I installed Adobe Reader 9 on my system. As with Adobe Reader 
8 the text is not displayed, but now it isn't even selectable.

Any ideas what might be wrong in the CFFFontSubset class?
