Our project has implemented Acroforms using the table approach defined by the
first example of the URL below:

http://www.geek-tutorials.com/java/itext/itext_acroform_javascript.php

Whenever a radio button group or check box group encounters a new page break
we see the problem described by the URL below:

http://threebit.net/mail-archive/itext-questions/msg00156.html

Question: What is the recommended approach for creating radio or checkbox
groups and avoiding the problems encountered during pagination?

thanks,

Michael
