Thank you for these examples. I see that the examples do not use tables for formatting the radio buttons. Is it recommended that we do not use tables to aid in formatting our radio or checkbox groups because automatic pagination creates problems? Is there an accepted method of anticipating the page break such that table formatting can still be used for radio button groups?
