PDF versions go from 1.0 (corresponding with Acrobat 1) to 1.7 (corresponding with Acrobat 8). PDF 1.7 was used as the basis for ISO-32000. PDF 1.8 doesn't exist. The PDF format created with Acrobat 9.0 is PDF 1.7, but it's possible to use Adobe Extensions with a specific "Extension Level". All future versions of PDF will be defined as such: 1.7 is the highest possible version number; but there will be different extension levels from different companies. > Is there a possibility to change the PDF version of the digital signatures? I'm sorry, but even regardless of the fact if you're using iText(Sharp) or not, your question doesn't make any sense: there is no PDF 1.8 format. Please rephrase it so that we can understand what you're talking about. -- This answer is provided by 1T3XT BVBA http://www.1t3xt.com/ - http://www.1t3xt.info ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Enter the BlackBerry Developer Challenge This is your chance to win up to $100,000 in prizes!
