Reader can't save - which means it can't email a filled in form.

I should probably know this by now but I don't understand where this component 
fits in. That is, you can use itext to create a PDF with a blank form and any 
custom stuff, email it someone who fills it in with a free Adode reader/viewer 
and mails it back to you. 
You can then extract form data with more of your own code. What do
the additional Adobe products come in an who is enforcing a 500 copy limit?
