We started preparing the move to AGPL a long time ago,
and we knew in advance that, even with a "big bang" approach,
it would take several months to finalize the migration.

The same goes for people who want to migrate from
iText 2.1.7 to iText 5.0.0: it's not something you can
do overnight.

We chose to do this in December, because this is typically
a "slow month". It's our experience that, with the year-end
in sight, people postpone decisions.
