That's extremely difficult. Not just with iText; it's extremely difficult in general. You want to add information that isn't there. How are you going to do that? That would involve artificial intelligence! I've tried this once using Acrobat, and even Acrobat made mistakes! For instance, I had a list with names. A. Geldof, JM. Mathijsen, P. Deschrijver, J. Jannes, T. Vandewege,...
