What do you mean by "inserting a RTF in a PDF document"?
If what you want to achieve is embed a file (RTF or whatever other format)
as an attachment in a PDF document, the answer is yes, iText can do that
(look for Attachment in the keyword list :
http://1t3xt.info/tutorials/keywords/index.php )
On the other hand, if you want to convert a RTF document to PDF, iText is
not the tool you are looking for.
