These are properties of either the field dictionary or (in the case of colors) the widget annotation dictionary. Most of the times these dictionaries are merged into one dictionary (as explained in the book). You've been advised to look up the names and meaning of the different entries of these dictionaries in ISO-32000-1. What can you expect more?
