If the file has compressed object streams with xref streams it will break the 
pdf both in reading and writing.

The contribution for the big file support has a few bugs with stream xrefs and 
it's being fixed. It will be available next week in the SVN both in C# and Java.

It seems that the very large PDF document support is not yet integrated in 
5.1.3 release.
