I'm not aware of any specific issues still pending; the OCSPResponse <->
BasicOCSPResponse issue in 5.1.3 (the version the OP refers to) has been
fixed in 5.1.4-SNAPSHOT (trunk) after all. I'm still hoping for Leonard's
engineers to find an explanation for another observation I made but that
most likely is not a shortcoming of the current iText code or code I have
here but instead an issue either of the very certificate I had used, of the
concerned CA infrastructure in general, or of Adobe Acrobat/Reader.

Eventually, of course, the code should be enhanced to add VRI on other
signatures, e.g. the CRL or OCSP response signatures.
