Getting support is indeed the main reason for buying a license. For instance: CSC bought a license in the context of a government project. They started the project with a beta-version, and reported many problems. We've fixed those problems one by one in the context of that support contract, because their reports helped us improve the product. They also asked for some extra features. For instance: create PDF/A1B from XFA. Feature requests are outside the context of the support contract, so they paid for the development of that specific development (but we cut the costs, because it was an interesting feature). The project is almost finished. Tests were successful. They'll go in production in a couple of weeks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
