Shujaat, Yesterday in office I downloaded your project (I had to use chrome, btw, ie did not work) but I did not have the time to get a good look at it. From my first glance at it and your message I would assume that that pdf manipulates the word spacing value to stretch space characters to make the surrounding words be in separate columns. I assume you don't take word spacing into account when drawing text on your bitmap, do you?
