Hi Leonard - LiveCycle ES would indeed do the job, but to buy such a rich and sophisticated system for this simple task would be very costly overkill. We use the .xdp format in our own products, and utilize Designer as the form design tool. But we don't currently license the entire LiveCycle ES product. -Roy
